I am over whelmed with joy to pen a few lines about my school. Our school started on 20th Sept.
1984 with the strength of 81 students and 5 staff members, now has reached the strength of 1335 and 60 staff members. As I look back and reminisce the 25 long years that Vasavadatta Vidya Vihar school has completed, I am filled with a deep sense of satisfaction and gratitude to the “management” for the unstinted support and guidance to lead this prestigious institution.
The task of building an enlightened strong and prosperous nation rests on the shoulders of the youth.They have to be cherished, nurtured and developed with tenderness and care.Right grooming and streamlining the boundless energy of these children to face the difficult task is the main responsibility of the school.
Keeping up its tradition of providing quality education Vasavadatta Vidya Vihar provides an ideal opportunity to every student to imbibe knowledge, culture and evolve as an honest and socially responsible citizen.
The excellent achievements in scholastic and co-scholastic areas have been made possible by the efficient staff, energetic students and enthusiastic management.The hall mark of our institution is, it reaches out even to those whose ward is first generation receiver of education.Needless to say that we have also been encouraged in this journey by our stakeholders for their unrelenting support and hope that they will continue to support in small and big endeavours.
The main objectives of Vasavadatta Vidya Vihar is to mould young minds into ideal responsible and sensitive human beings who will be assets to society they live in and who can lead rather than being led by others.
To achieve this object combined efforts of both the teachers and the parents are necessary.Time immemorial teachers are boon to the society.Through their intelligence, patience and wisdom they attempt not only to hone the learner’s intellect and aptitude but also create a well rounded personality.Teachers are the ones who make a difference in lives of their students. Rousing students from their apathy and watching their curiosity grow is one of the biggest rewards of teaching.We are fortunate to have sincere and dedicate staff whose untiring services are remarkable and worthy of appreciation.
Education is a process which hone’s man abilities and makes him adapt it. It is the education which shapes the destiny of civilization. The management, all SCM members and staff members are greatly indebted for the efforts to establish and run the institution successfully.
I conclude by saying to these very focused staff members who are at the helm of affairs that “To help the young soul, to add energy, inspire hope and blow the coals into a useful flame, to redeem by new thoughts and firm action, this, though not easy is the work of divine Men and Women.
